January 1st, 2009 – ORLEN Transport S.A. organizational structures are growing. In Rzeszów 14th transportation team starts, which is to execute fuel shipments for customers in Little Poland and Subcarpathia. 

October 9th, 2008 – Regional Court of Warsaw takes resolution to register PKN ORLEN SA as the only shareholder of ORLEN Transport SA. The court resolution finishes the process of self-purchase 2,39 per cent of shares from minor shareholders by PKN Orlen SA. 

January 11th, 2008 – Tomasz Grzela leads the Management Board of the company. Priority goal, set up for a new President by the Supervisory Board is reforming transportation area within ORLEN Capital Group and increasing during 7 years the transportation volume from nearly 3,4 million cubic meters to over 6,1 millions cubic meters in 2014.

January 2nd, 2008 – registration of ORLEN Transport SA, a subsidiary company of PKN ORLEN. The combine covered 65,460,141 shares of the new entity with nominal value of 1 PLN each share, constituting around 97,61 per cent of the share capital and 97,61 per cent of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of the company. The rest of shares remain at hands of employees of the joined transportation companies. The consolidation process covered companies performing in Słupsk, Olsztyn, Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Nowa Sól and Szczecin. 

October 2006 – Taking up the decision of combination into one corporation – ORLEN Transport by General Shareholders Meetings of ORLEN Transport Kędzierzyn-Koźle Sp. z o.o., ORLEN Transport Nowa Sól Sp. z o.o., ORLEN Transport Olsztyn Sp. z o.o.; ORLEN Transport Płock Sp. z o.o., ORLEN Transport Słupsk Sp. z o.o., ORLEN Transport Szczecin Sp. z o.o.

1999/2000 – Extraction from Polski Koncern Naftowy transportation companies engaged in supplying PKN fuel all over the country. 

1999 – Extraction from Transportation Division former Petrochemia Płock an independent transportation company ORLEN Transport Płock Sp. z o.o. The company’s domicile is located in Płock at Chemików street, 7. The company has its branches in Mościska, Koluszki, Nowa Wieś Wielka and Poznań. 

1999 – Creation of Polski Koncern Naftowy S.A., after joining Petrochemia Płock S.A. and Centrala Produktów Naftowych.
